Phase 1: Baseline Assessment

The project team completed a baseline assessment, comprised of a Regional Climate Vulnerability Assessment, Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory, and a Basin Runoff Analysis, in 2022. These documents will inform regional planning to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase resilience to climate hazards.

Phase 2: Climate Action Plan

Phase 2 was completed between February 2023 and March 2024. Using the findings outlined in Phase 1 and community informed priorities, specific strategies have been developed and outlined in the below reports.
